Where to go from here

The decision is made. What matters now is the first few weeks, and doing them in the right order.

This guide has done its job if it has answered the first wave of questions and left you with sharper ones. The way to get those answered is to sit down with the people who have done this, and to start working through the steps below.

Your first 90 days

A rough shape for the transition. Adam and the eXp UK team work through the detail with you.

First 30 days

Get your eXp, Loop and portal profiles live in the Flying Keys brand. Sort the team into fee earners and support staff. Start the honest one-to-one conversations, and bring in the workforce consultancy to handle the conversion properly.

By 60 days

Agree each fee earner's split. Run the data migration and get the website rebuild moving. Point your agents at the accountant and the tools so nobody is guessing. Set the go-live date.

By 90 days

Be live and settled. Start the 5% agent-attraction habit while it is fresh. Map your production against the ongoing target, and keep the support going for the team now the change is real.

Who you are talking to

The Real Agency Club is a group of working estate agents and performance coaches, not gurus. Adam Mackay founded it after bringing his own agency into eXp. Alongside him are practising agents and Olympic performance coaches Steve Backley OBE and Roger Black MBE. The point of the club is simple: you go self-employed under eXp, but you are not on your own.

A reminder on this document. It is a draft, written to be edited. The eXp figures come from eXp UK's own partnership material and are fixed by them, not by us. The parts marked [to confirm] are our best assumptions about Flying Keys, and the money and tax guidance is general, not advice. Correct anything that is off before this goes any further, and treat the whole thing as the start of a conversation.
[to confirm] Add the direct contact route you want people to use here, whether that is Adam's email, a phone number, or a booking link. We have left it out rather than guess.
